If you mean libquadmath.a, then yes: it's included in the gcc-core-bin
package, (and is gcc version specific).  If you really mean libquadlib.a,
then I've never heard of it, (and the only google references I can find
relate to a gcc configuration symbol representing libquadmath.a anyway).
