You've already communicated this information to me privately, and I've
asked you to file a proper bug report, ON THE TRACKER, as instructed
at http://mingw.org/Reporting_Bugs.

I already have a fair idea of what the problem is, but I'd like your
PROPERLY FILED bug report, as a point of reference to record the
details, please.

And further down it says:
| Please post bug reports using the MinGW Bug Tracker...
|
| Please refrain from posting bug reports to the mailing list; we tend
| to lose track of bug reports posted there!

I guess that ambiguity needs to be eliminated, when someone finds
a "round tuit" to update the web page.  Thanks for bringing it to our
attention.

It wasn't really necessary to do both; the tracker posting alone would
have sufficed.  If you wanted to follow up on the list, a reference
to the tracker ticket would have been sufficient.

No.  My mistake.  Sorry, I hadn't realised you'd posted to both the
list and the tracker; (saying so, or better still citing the tracker
ticket reference, prominently in the list post would have helped).

Keith.
