Carriage Return / Newline and 02 for Optimization?

Domonic Tom
Hello
I am looking for a solution for a problem I am having with the newline character when
02 for Optimization compiler flag is ticked in Mingw.

Whenever it is ticked the "\n" is ignored in my GUI applications.

Is there a work around for this type of thing.  I'm using C++.

Thanks

Can't understand your problem, can you be more specific?

The best way to be specific would be to post complete source
code of the smallest possible program that will demonstrate
the problem, with the exact compilation command lines used.
If a makefile is needed to construct the demo, include it.
