[ANN] builds of mingwrt-3.15-2-32bit-time_t, zlib, sqlite3, bzip2, gdbm for mingw

lkcl
including source code or patches and instructions i'm providing builds of:

* zlib 1.2.3.3
* sqlite3 3.5.0
* bzip2 1.0.5
* gdbm 1.8.3
* mingwrt-3.15-2 with -DUSE_32BIT_TIME_T support

this latter is *essential* for anyone wishing to build applications
against msvcr80 and above on win32 platforms - there is an error in
the "standard" mingwrt-3.15-2 and below which make it impossible to
use fstat and other time-related functions, because there simply does
not exist a function "fstat" in the msvcrt80 or msvcrt90 (but there do
exist _fstat32 and _fstat64 in the dlls).

the build of gdbm is patched so that gdbm_reorganize() will actually
work on a win32 platform: the "standard" version will fail due to the
file rename being performed when the file handles are still open.
also, the dependency on libgw32c has been removed, by adding in copies
of link.c and flock.c that provide only those functions essential to
gdbm's operation.

the sqlite3 build is a cross-compile, and still works absolutely fine.
 all the rest are native builds.

as the patched versions and/or full source is provided, you can either
be lazy and download the binaries and headers or you can follow the
instructions and rebuild from source, yourself. good luck and happy
compiling,

l.
